Hello again! You've made it to my about page. Nice to meet you :-) Obviously you have worked out that my name is indeed Finéinn (Pronounced Fin-e-in), but there most likely are some things you don't know about me. Let me give you a guided tour of me.

So for about 17 years now, music has been the center of my being. I wake up, hit the studio and that is where you will find me until the small hours the following morning. It's my drug, happy place and a lot of the time my coping mechanism with life. Mammy started it all for me when I was encouraged to start taking fiddle lessons in school. Since then, I have gone on to be a self thought Guitar, Piano and Bodhrán player with my most prestigious accolade coming at the 2013 All Ireland Fleadh in Derry when I won Gold. In the words of the famous pintman Paddy Losty, When I go at it I do go at it awful and very hard!

My music is a cultural blend of Folk, Pop and Indie to combine into a sound unique to me. I have many musical influences from Coldplay, Hudson Taylor, Kodaline to Christy Moore all the way to David Bowie, and you will probably hear whispers of these musical geniuses throughout my original music. Currently, I gig throughout Mayo, Sligo, Galway and the West of Ireland. More recently, I venture to Edinburgh for a monthly residency in the famous 'Dropkick Murphys'. The atmosphere within the pubs I play in is simply ecstatic and the friends and memories I have made from doing so have built the character I am today.
